A fast-tracked renovation of the existing Utah Jazz arena replaced mechanical systems, added new restaurants, rebuilt suites and completely renovated the home and visitor locker rooms. According to Okland Construction, “…this amount of work would have normally taken between 18 to 24 months to complete, [contractors] finished it in under four months between basketball seasons.”
City Creek Center – Block 76

Block 76 Retail contains 650,000 sq.ft. of retail space and for-rent residential space. This includes 111 residential units and four buildings with two levels of retail space. It also includes 1.2 million sq.ft. of parking.
