170,000-square-foot Music Building has four levels and features more mid-sized spaces for practice and recitals, including practice rooms located on the upper floor. The cornerstone of the new building is a 1000-seat concert hall built in the vineyard style where the performance space is centralized with tiers of audience members rising above them. The Music Building has already hosted the 2023 and 2024 CFAC Convocations as well as countless performances.

Eccles Theatre – Utah Performing Arts Center

183,000 square feet Broadway style theatre with 2,500 seats, a 150-seat black box theater, several lounges and public meeting spaces.

Vivint Smart Home Arena

272,000 square feet. A fast-tracked renovation of the existing Utah Jazz arena replaced mechanical systems, added new restaurants, rebuilt suites and completely renovated the home and visitor locker rooms. According to Okland Construction, “…this amount of work would have normally taken between 18 to 24 months to complete, [contractors] finished it in under four months between basketball seasons.”

City Creek Center – Block 76

Block 76 Retail contains 650,000 sq.ft. of retail space and for-rent residential space. This includes 111 residential units and four buildings with two levels of retail space. It also includes 1.2 million sq.ft. of parking.
