Home to the Departments of Human Services and Environmental Quality. Each department has its own four-story wing in the 252,000 square-foot building, but share a public entrance and common gathering area. The timeline was challenging—15 months for a design/build project. This project also satisfied the State of Utah’s High Performance Building Rating System.
